trail arm bushings

I purchased urethane bushings to replace for trailing arms; I've read both 
roger williams books on restoring/improving, also checked out haynes repair 
manual, ok it seem fairly straightforward; I'd like to hear from those who have 
actualy done it-any experience and points to be wary of appreciated.
