Need help identifying steering wheel

I need help identifying the steering wheel on the 73 Six. In particular, we 
can't figure out what is missing in the hub for mounting the horn push. 
Please take a minute and view the pictures on 
http://www.triumphowners.com/776 Interior Restoration category. There is one 
close up of the wheel. Note the slots in the wheel are angled, not round. 
Does anybody know this brand?
