O/D Oil Recommendation

Hey Everyone, I wanted to get a consesus of the lube people are running in 
their overdrive transmissions. I know that Triumph says a GL4 is right but 
John Espisito at Quantumechanics says they have had better results in 
testing with a SAE 30 weight non-detergent motor
