Tomislav---It looks like Triumph put holes in all three of the "arms" in the pedal box, I suppose that way they could interchange the brake or clutch arm during assembly. The brake pedal doesn't really need a return spring (nor should the clutch, really) as the pedal returns to the top of the stroke when the brake pedal is released. Test this and you'll see...
