I just did this job a couple weeks ago. Since the brake cylinder is designed to move back and forth, I just used a bit of the special brake grease that came in a sachet with the new cylinder to lube all the sliding surfaces. That included a skim coat on the 3 retaining clips. Rick O. 72 TR6  |
