I have a '74 that has a July build date with a commission # CF 23676.
The car has the lowered front bumper with the over-riders and the turn
signals above. The rear bumper has notches in the upper surface where the
frame bracket fits. These notches are covered by the over-riders. Both
bumpers are "C" shaped with no backing plates. The TRIUMPH plate is on the
rear valance, not the bumper. It would appear that this is a true '74 and
not the '74.5 model. All the above are original. My wife's brother bought
it new and we acquired it after it fell into serious dis-repair.
I do not believe that this car had the seatbelt interlock feature.
