I put mine on with the rubber mallet. I sure didn't want it tearing a line
through the paint, as you mentioned......
It went on easier than I expected.

how did those of you that have replaced your sill moulding put it on.
someone told you me to pop it over the rivets with a rubber mallet.
another told me to slide it over the rivets but it's sharp on the back and i
could see peeling paint as it goes. thanks
