Hey, you wanna hear how neat a TRs' racing exhaust sounds?
Join the SCCA, wash an ol' white shirt, and go to a race. The Flag
Chief will send you out to a corner station where you'll learn by
doing... maybe only a few feet from the action. Caution: it's
addictive. Then you go to runoffs and watch 'em... well, run off track
right in front of you.
Oh, and that '74 pimento TR-6 you see headin' out to a corner station
after lunch at Virginia Int'l Raceway (VIR) or Kershaw or Lowes or
Summit Point or Roebling Road? Yeah... me. I was particularly
entertained by a club TR6 spinnin' on the Patriot Course at VIR last
Autumn while I was workin' a corner on the main track about a hundred
yards away. Hehehe.
