Window regulators

The windows on my 76 TR6 do not line up with the rubber seals on the  
windscreen frame.
I have to push out on the windows as they are wound up in order to get them  
to seal against the seals.
 
Is there a way to adjust the window regulators to get the windows to close  
properly ?
