I have not seen or heard of a template available on the web.  Maybe others 
might have some information.

I chose to go with John E Horton's setup.  I couldnt beat his price which was 
much less than many others.  His setup included KYB shocks.  I am pleased with 
the design, fit and with the performance of the shocks.
