Replacement knobs for TR6

Hi John,
When I replaced mine, I noticed that the holes weren't quite big enough to
secure themselves over the little "knob" on the shaft.  I reamed them out
slightly with a small screw driver so they fit properly and they are on there
good now, even on the choke which pulls out pretty hard.
