Looking for an LBC owner in NY State (Plattsburgh area)

Hi,

I am calling on all listers.  I would like to locate a LBC owner nearby
Plattsburgh (NY State).  Most big three have regular sales with free shipping
in the US.  By having a US address, I would be able to save a bit on shipping
costs.  I live in Canada, about 45 min from Plattsburgh, which is only a small
drive from home.
