Thanks for all the replies! A little rapping on the carbs unstuck the floats
that were obviously stuck in the varnish on the bottom of the bowls. Once
freed up, the valves held all 4 psi at bay. I had to pull the carbs anyway to
dump the fuel out of the bathtub intakes to avoid hydrolock (thanks for the tip
RML). Haven't fired it yet, but intend to put the regulator in (at 2.5 psi)
and lower the float levels next.
