Rear fender hardware

Can someone tell me about the rear fender
hardware, there are two
different sizes of spire nuts and bolt sizes and
lengths?. What goes where
I assume the smaller stuff will go down the
valance side? I plan to epoxy prime, then reattach
the rear wings,seam seal, topcoat.
