I found Mobil 1 too "slippery" for my usage. The synchos never spin up, so
you grind gears on speed shifts.
If it's too slippery for a non-O/D usage, I'm sure it's too slippery for
an O/D setup.
All the racers use 50 wt racing motor oil in their overdrives. Works great
and has done so for years.
