Ryan (and I was feeling sorry for myself having to tear into the clutch
twice in two months)

How about replacing the nylon hose from the master to slave cylinder with a
flexible steel one. Mine was 'checkered' on the top of the hose were it
reached a bend and when things got warm it allowed a little DOT 3 to leak
out (couldn't see this problem until I removed it). I've only done three
clutch jobs on TR6's and it seems you've covered everything.

Does it make any difference if you move the piston fork on the slave
cylinder to the top hole Vs. the middle one?

Charlie
