Advice needed on key lamp buzzer

Checked most of my wiring for the key lamp, and still need to see if the 
driver's door switch is good, but I don't have the audible "buzzer" (Moss 
#142-110).  Do I need this part in order to make the key lamp work? 

If NO, do I just omit the buzzer, or must I bypass the wiring and how?

If YES (buzzer required), where can I get a suitable replacement or NOS 
buzzer?
