Orbital Battery

About a week ago, someone posted a message about Orbital batteries being
available at Cosco for $99.
My question is: what part of the country was that lister located?  I went to
my local Costco (San Jose) and they only had the conventional type batteries
(their own brand - Kirkland).  I asked the manager about Orbital batteries and
he said that he had not heard anything about his store carrying them.
