I have done this job. And so far you have done everything needed.
I put the unit in the vice. I put penetration oil into the slight dip. I found
the largest pulley puller that I have and with a six foot tube put on as much
torque as possible without bending the square Let it soak over night. Next day
tapped the center of the pulley with a small sledge hammer and with a loud bang
it came apart. That "Italian screw driver" works every time. Good luck.
