Hello all.
The seat belt lock (don't know if this is the right expression - it's the
unit mounted on the transmission tunnel between the front seats where you
click-in the seat belt) of my 1971 2000 MkII Estate (RHD, genuine UK car) is
broken.
It's a Britax item, both locks (driver's and passenger's) in a single unit
with two small square black release buttons on the upper end. I guess it's
the original equipment and as far as I know, similar units were used at
least in the early 70s Triumph 1500 (spotted an ad in the "Advertising
Triumph Saloons" book). The belts are 3-point inertia reel ones.
Does anyone know a source for this item or has a working one for sale (for a
reasonable cheap price)?
