A Well, 2 of the bolts came out, the Hi Terry There are captive nuts welded onto the back of that hinge area in the door. Sounds as if they have broken off and are just spinning as you turn the bolts

doors, rusted to green I believe if you remove the kick panel you should be able to get to the nuts for the bottowm ones...the top ones I think you can get to from the engine compartment...been awhil
