- at 55MPH you are turning 2600 RPM. I don't know how many RPMs a 235 is comfortable with, but I would not want to turn many more for an extended period. I set my 350 up to run at 2400 at 70 MPH there

- Well the original Sun Tach has never quite worked right and it is presently sitting on the bench awaiting shipping to have modern guts put in it. Next summer I will know the rpm the engine is running
