Under the chrome trim pieces on the aluminum cappings there are steel brackets where the hardtop bolts into. These are bolted to the steel tub. Them aluminum capping doesn't take any of the strain. B

If you mean the seal between the hardtop and the body, TRF had them on sale earlier this year, P/N 602269. Perhaps they might have a few left. I'm willing to be corrected, but none of mine have fit
