Well, I just learned how to read...Second guess--both are bad. If you had a short in the wiring, a bad relay, or a bad ground, they wouldn't chirp. Only the first would blow the fuse. It has got to b

On a TR3 horn there's am adjuster screw. The procedure (wear ear plugs for this!) is to connect up the horn with an ammeter in line and adjust the screw until the meter reads 6 amps. I found it inter
