- The none stickt tape that you are refering to is called silicone tape, A company in the states called Markel sells a ton of it. You might also try a company called Panduit. They resell to many harnes

- Lee Valley Tools also sell self-sticking (but nothing-else-sticking) silicone tape. It is NOT re-useable, as you can't pull it apart after it's been stuck! They also sell a tape called 'Gaffer's Tap
