Adrian - do you have the radiator shroud on? Cardboard or metal deflector that channels the air flow through the radiator? That it absolutely necessary for a TR3A - not sure whether you have a '3 or

I'm curious as to what temp gauge you have installed in the TR3. I've never seen a 'red' zone. Is it aftermarket? Assumedly it is accurate since you did check it out. temperature for a time period,
