There are all the usuall mod's to increase H.P. but one must remember, that with an increase in H.P. one can usually expect a proportionate decrease in reliability. . .just my two cent's. . . Barry S

One mod. I can suggest is dual carbs. I used to own a '78 Spit, and at rebuild time, I followed a friends advice on this and was not disappointed. He told me get an older, dual carb Spitfire intake
