But do they handle worn rocker shafts - the chrome surely can't fill the void left by average wear. How does that affect the case hardening? Wouldn't average rocker nose wear go through the hardened

I didn't ask about their process, but it seems likely they must be doing this on a production basis, and would take shafts with normal wear and run them though a centerless grinder to a specific size
