Does anyone know if I were to buy the oil spin-on adapter with the fittings for the oil cooler whether I would have to get the oil cooler now or if I could run it without the cooler until I purchase

From what I have seen of the two units, the oil cooler version of the spin-on adaptor comes with two holes tapped for the oil cooler lines. If it does not come with plugs for those holes, I'm sure i

Not quite Randall, the TR6 spin-on adaptors are not made like that (but they should be). Mocal / Aeroquip produces the two spin-on adaptors for the TR6 from the same casting, the two versions being
