Due the fact that I still have a lot work to do on the gt6 and one Triumph is not enough Iv'e just bought a 70 mk 3 Spit. I think the Comm number is FD084919L. Is this Correct? The Zero after the FD

No, it's probably a "U"... TRF may have these - I don't know for sure though. Red, white and blue - A reproduction is available. TRF carries it, and you can see a picture at <http://www.web2000.com/

Undoubtedly it is a "U" (for Federal-spec , or "U"nited States version). I don't know if that style is available or not. The commission plate should be on the driver's "B" post on the 1970 models. It
