I would suggest that with a 12 volt coil you are only getting about 15000 volts at the plugs, instead of about 30000 volts with a 6 volt coil,so the engine does not start easily and runs rough,espec

The fact that the coil is a 12 volt may affect starting but nothing else, although having said that, my 2500S is similarily equippped and it has no problem getting going. The 6 volt coils employ the
