I'll wade in with a couple of things. The new springs from TRF have a flat metal ring on the top that are more comfortable and are like the original springs. Some others have a round metal rod around

I'm not home right now so don't have particular numbers on my cam but it is an S2 cam. My engine is normal compression. I finally have it running very well but needed to get the distributor re-curved
