First thing to try would be some real penetrating oil instead of that Water Displacement stuff. Kroil or PB Blaster works much better. If that doesn't work (and it probably won't), the only solution

Hi Kelvin, If you have a propane torch, try the melted candle method. It really works. The wax melts and runs down the bolt through the rust. It acts as a lubricant once inside the problem area. Posi
