As it turns out, I have a set of 16 TR6 (also 250, 4A) wire wheel studs on hand, brand new. Seems someone ordered the wrong part number when he was getting some TR6 studs to convert his Spit to 7/16.

At one point, I was running 8.5" wheels with 225/45/15 Hoosiers on a TR4, no fender mods needed. And 215/60/15 tires are also no problem, that's what I run on my TR250. mjb.
