- Would it be impracticable to make a tool with a reverse-profile cutout, sorta like a router bit, that you could drag along the edge to "clean up" the bead afterwards? Don't know if spraying the tool

- Just glob on plenty of the RTV and let it cure. Then trim it to a nice shape with an X-Acto or razor blade. I you try to shape it before it cures you will just make a mess. Stu Would it be impractica
