I vote for removal. The motor/transmission has to tilt up (tail shaft down) a lot to get the motor out. This is assuming that you do not plan to cut the sheet metal in frount of the radiator for mor

Mark, I think you will find that the engine out the bottom is easier. Just put my 5.0L with T-5 in and I can't imagine doing it from the top. If your exhaust is good, why not cut the H-Pipe close to
