You cannot drill a hole in tempered glass without exploding it. If you have a piece of tempered glass with a hole in it, the hole was put there before the tempering process. John Logan

As John Logan said you can't drill tempered glass you have it cast that way.However you can drill laminated glass.I think doing any alteration to tempered glass is not possible.There was an "old wife
