Correction, THERE IS NO LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE!! There is a driver side and passenger side! That's because the driver side front bracket would be the passenger side rear bracket! So, now you know. Jay

The mounting points for the bumpers bolts are relatively thin metal and can be mechanically moved fairly easily. I used a long steel pry bar that fit into the jack horn which is just under the bumper
