- Makes sense to me. Are you using sheet metal screws or machine screws? If machine screws then why not weld the nuts to the back side. This would give you a better gripping surface than sheet metal sc

- I am sure that the rest of the bugeye freaks on the list will tell you about some radiator swaps that they have done. I think the Geo Metro rad will fit in a bugeye without to much work. Fill him in
