- I would suspect that you are running lean at that RPM, you may need to try a slightly richer needle size. Drive along at the problem rpm for a few minutes and then switch off the car and stop. Pull t

- Mine, too, sputters at a constant 2000-2500 rpms. It was always wimpy around that range and then I installed a better flowing muffler. Then it got really wimpy. Then I cleaned out and rebuilt my carb
