- Speedo is on the right in either LHD or RHD cases. If you have it on the left the cable doesn't line up right and is stressed such that it won't thread on correctly and may cause the canle to break..

- Well this is apparently true in earlier cars. Later cars have the speedo on the right and I assumed they were always that way, especially since I had lots of trouble wih the cable with the speedo on
