I haven't had this problem. What are you using to lubricate them now, and where do you lubricate them? I used wheel bearing grease when I lubed mine a few years ago, because that's what I had around

Removing the door panel is absolutely no big deal. It will take about 2 minutes. Just follow Haynes or the workshop manual. I just did this a couple of weeks ago. There is no other good way to lube u

I have the passenger side door panel off. I tried spray grease, but it didn't work very well. I then tried 'tri-flow' and it worked great for a couple weeks. I can easily see the track, so lubing it
