In the maintenance garage at work that was built about two years ago, they went with a beautiful epoxy flooring that was supposed to be very wonderful. Unfortunately, its achilles heel is diesel oil.

Thats temping...around here tile is pretty cheap. I can get black and white for about $.80 a foot, sometimes less. I'd be more worried about the grout, but I guess if you made thin grout lines and us

Black and white commercial floor tiles (about .60 cents each) Glue them down, they are color cored so even if you chip one, it's still colored. Easy to clean, oil friendly and it looks cool! Drawback
