Everyone who suggusted the wire wheel was right.... I got the other tire/wheel that was flat fixed and put it on and the noise is gone..... Happy camper till I break an axle..... Thanks everyone Rick

Thanks that was the ticket.....Car runs much better no more part throttle miss and it pulls harder everywhere Best 10 minutes I've spent messin with this car! I swear it even runs a little cooler too

I decided to check the mileage on my '65 midget w /1310cc Crane cam header frequently see 6000-6500 RPM. driving around town like I stole it, I'm getting about 20 MPG.... Should I be lookin for more,

To answer some of the questions.... Yes running Su's w/ stock 1098 needles about 1/8" higher in the piston. Raising the needles solved a lean condition. The cam (crane #344-0012) is not a huge one ma
