My '65 Mustang works like this. I believe it's a problem with whatever it is inside the wiper motor/gearbox that tells the wipers to 'park'. The shop manual for my Mustang says I have to remove the

For low-rpm help I think you need smaller venturis rather than larger. Helps keep the mixture velocity up. Ed in NC

The first James Bond flick with Pierce Brosnan had a -really- good chase scene between Bond in the early Aston Martin and a girl in a late-model Ferrari through the Italian(?) mountains. REALLY good
