- Ok , now I need to find one of those GT 6 Mk 3 springs as well for my Mk 1 . They can be fitted without modification , right ? Can a late 1500 Spitfire spring also be used ? Which is the best , swing

- The swing spring (now supplied) from a 1500 is the same as the GT6. This is what any of the suppliers would send you. The difference in factory part numbers is because the GT6 had a different spring

- Yes, they did come with a swing spring swing axle suspension. The early GT6 came with a swing axle fixed spring, with the usual swing axle bad habits. The GT6 then was equipped with a rotoflex suspen
