Richard, is due to the paint drying too fast. The paint hits the part as little balls and is supposed to flow out to a smooth surface. If the paint dries too fast it can't flow out completely and you

Thanks for the good tips Tom. I will take your advice and sand and shoot the hood again. The rest of the car looks great, so will probably pull the hood and shoot just that. I should have enough pain
