I do not know the timeline of the hubcap colors, but I've got three different colors as original. Black plastic(with several different center stickers), grey plastic (only one type of center sticker)
I believe that the black center was factory issue from 1971 to 1974 and after that grey plastic. I've never seen chrome metal centers on a spit; that puts me more in mind of TR6s and possibly GT6s. A
