I'm also running 185/70r13 Enduro , I have no rubbing problem. Thats on a 74. I think they would be a problem on a 63 though, anyone have any info on that? THnx Pat 63 Spitfire 74 Spitfire 68 Chevy C

I think most of us on the list are running at least 175/70 13's on our cars several even bigger. You say the binding is happening when you have the wheels turned sharply - do you mean all the way? I

I currently have 185/70 r13 - Continentals on stock wheels on my '77. I hope soon to move up to 205/60 13 - Shimitomos. I wouldn't expect that putting 165/80 13s would be a problem. Look carefully a
