- I found a set of nice 1963 license plates and want to put them on my 63 Spitfire. Has anyone tried this before? Will the state allow this if I re-register the car? BTW: I live in Utah. MikeC

- In Ca you can, if they are "clean" as in never been registered before. That is what I was told from a plate vendor at a car show. Check with your DMV just to be sure. Rob 65 MKII ____________________
